If for any reason you're not satisfied with the artwork you received, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, and we'll be happy to work with you to resolve the issue. We'll either replace the artwork with a new one or issue a refund, depending on your preference.

To qualify for a return, the artwork must be in its original condition, and you must have proof of purchase. Shipping costs for returns will be at your expense, except in cases where the product is defective or was shipped in error.

Cancellation Policy:

We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order for our printing services. If for any reason you need to cancel your order, please follow the guidelines below:

Order Cancellation Timeframe: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase or until the production process has begun, whichever comes first. Once the production process has begun, the order cannot be canceled.

Cancellation Process: To cancel an order, please contact our customer support team via email or phone. You will need to provide your order number and the reason for the cancellation. We will confirm the cancellation and provide any applicable refund information.

Refund Policy:

If you cancel your order within the allotted time frame, we will issue a full refund of the purchase price. However, if the production process has already begun, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the purchase price.

Production Status: If the production process has begun and you still wish to cancel your order, we will assess the stage of production and determine if cancellation is possible. If cancellation is possible, we will inform you of any applicable fees and refund information.
